Charles Johnson did a great job, and was thorough, fair and clear at every step. He did a great job being available but avoiding any pressure. He was creative in helping us find the best purchase option, and clear at every step. He did a great job being available but avoiding any pressure. He found that difficult balance between educating us on the merits of additional options such as the extended warranty, while being respectful of our decisions.
