However Mike Rumple was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I ended driving back to Warren from Cleveland the following week- the negotiation was done over the phone and everything we discussed was exactly that when I got there. No surprises- financing took 15 minutes, Mike spent 45 minutes going over the loaded MKZ a bought. Nick in Finance was quick, and knowledgeable. Bo the Manager gave me a very fair price on my trade in. My hat goes off to this dealership, to Mike, and the rest of the staff. Winner I found the 2009 Ford Focus on Carfax on a Monday morning at school. The price had just been lowered into my range and I was ecstatic. I emailed Klab I found the 2009 Ford Focus on Carfax on a Monday morning at school. The price had just been lowered into my range and I was ecstatic. I emailed Klaben Ford and inquired, and they called me back right away. Jim Valesky was awesome. I was ready to pay in full for the car and I just had to find a day to come down there from the north. He set the car aside for me and I was able to get down there, test drive and purchase it and drive it off the lot. The mechanics forgot to tighten a nut onto a bolt of the bracket insulator, and my engine fell out of its proper place halfway through the day. Jim Valesky jumped into action and had the car towed and the bolt reset, and made right with me. He didn't abandon me and continues to show an interest in my and the cars well-being. Overall I can say that Ford Klaben of Warren is an amazing dealership with a wonderful car salesman.. More
