I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. After shopping around for years I was convinced that car dealers just take all the fun out of buying a car...until I went to Yark. Everyone there was so kind and professional, especially Nick. He doesn't play games, just an honest and straightforward salesperson, who cares about his customer's experience. I was nervous after being traumatized at other dealers, and Nick was so patient, answering all my questions, taking the time to explain everything about my vehicle, and making sure I was happy with every detail...worth the drive from Ann Arbor! More

Hello, I really enjoyed my experience . To tell you the truth, I was extremely nervous and skeptical to buy a new car. I've heard horrible experiences from people I personally know. I never felt pressured. I had the color and trim I really wanted brought from another dealership. Now that's customer service! Corey, was not as friendly in the beginning. There was some type of miscommunication where he thought we had already discussed final numbers when we were brought to his office. He just wanted my down payment and didn't seem to listen to our concerns. He did apologize and then did end the final paperwork on a good note. Did answer my questions and happy with the final result. Thanks again. I have already given two people Nick's business card and you should be getting new customers soon. More

Nick is an Outstanding salesperson I was trying to decide if I wanted a new Mazda, a vehicle from Yark Toyota or to buy out my lease. Nick was very helpful. He had the other vehicles I was trying to decide if I wanted a new Mazda, a vehicle from Yark Toyota or to buy out my lease. Nick was very helpful. The service was bad. Stephanie greeted right away. Friendly. They had difficult time finding reason for engine light coming on. Ordered parts and a week later my light went out before got part.
