Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever! I just picked up my new Accord Sport this past Monday! I was initially introduced to Steve Grady back in October 2016. I had gone back and forth about I just picked up my new Accord Sport this past Monday! I was initially introduced to Steve Grady back in October 2016. I had gone back and forth about purchasing a new vehicle for quite some time. A couple weeks ago, I decided to bite the dust and go for a test drive. I instantly fell in love! I negotiated the trade-in value of my car, came to a deal and the next day I put a deposit down. Steve, from the beginning was very friendly and honest and willing to work with the budget I had in mind. It was by far the easiest car buying experience ever. There was never any pressure to buy a car I wasn't 100% sure about. I look forward to my relationship with Valley Honda! More

We weren't sure at first, and were considering a few different makes of cars. The staff was very patient, but not pushy and allowed us space to discuss our options while still being present and available to go over all the features and trim levels of the different vehicles we were considering. On our second visit, Dave Kemp stayed late and worked with us test driving a few vehicles. He was very fun to work with, and while it was raining outside he made sure to pull the cars we were considering into the service center so we could have a better look at them without getting rained on. The next day we went back, fairly certain of what we were going to purchase and worked closely with Ken Negley to find the correct make and model of the vehicle we were looking for. Ken was wonderful to work with. Patient, never pushy, while still giving us guidance about what options and features are available at the different trim levels. Again it was raining and Ken made sure to bring a few cars into the service area so we could look at them thoroughly without getting rained on. Ken stayed late with us to close the deal, and checked in with us a few days later to be sure we still loved the car. Car shopping can be a frustrating, exhausting experience and Ken and Valley Honda made it fun and easy. I would definitely recommend Valley Honda and Ken to anyone looking to purchase a Honda in the future. This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Valley Honda, and I am sure we will be back again. More

I am very busy with my work schedule and Cesar accommodated my requests for scheduling the return and pickup of my new lease. Very pleasant experience I took my 2013 Honda CRV in to Valley Honda to repair a tire and an oil change. While waiting, my husband and I decided to look around. We were very pleased with the upgrades on the 2017Honda CRV. I asked Marco, the Assistant Service Manager, about getting an appraisal of my 2013 CRV. He was very nice and directed me to the appropriate person. Then I was introduced to Fred Sims, the most friendliest sells person you would ever want to meet. This guy is so patient and thorough, he makes purchasing a car a pleasant experience! It felt like we have known him forever. By the time we left, it was closing time and he wasn't rushing to get home, he took his time with us. He wanted to make sure we understood all of the features of our new car and told us do not hesitate to contact him for a refresher course! We just had a great time! Every one that we came in contact with, were very friendly. He introduced us to Nick Poole, the Sales Manager, who was also very helpful and nice! The finance lady was really nice, I'm sorry I forgot her name. This is why I don't mind driving from Chicago to Aurora for purchasing and servicing my cars. This is my 3rd Honda car! If you take good care of your car, they will not hesitate to give you top dollar for your trade in!! I love Valley Honda! More

Fred and Nick are the best! We were looking for a safe and reliable car for my son. I have an Accord for twenty years and an Odyssey for fourteen years, of course a Honda is one of our choices. My wife is a Toyota lady; she drove her (previous) Corolla for more than twenty years; and if not because of getting hit by someone, she would have been driving the same car now. Yes, Corolla got on our list as an option too. We visited a Toyota dealer locally and the sales person really made my wife totally forgot about the car she loved so much for so many years. Without too much hesitation we were checking out the Honda dealers here. I took my son to Valley Honda Saturday without preparing to buy a car at all; we just liked to see if my son would like a Honda. Comparing Civic to Corolla, he liked the Honda. However, the most important thing is that we run into Fred. Fred had treated my 16 years old as an adult, and he provided a service without pushing for a sale. I also let Fred know what we were looking for and he listened sincerely and worked with us to find a best car selection for us. Before we left on Saturday I asked for the best offer, and Fred had done a decent job working with Nick to come out a very fair price on a Civic. Since we had scheduled an appointment (and didn't bring a checkbook with me) we had to leave the dealership (without a Civic); Fred and Nick understood, no hard feeling - they didn't push. They provided an excellent service to a customer without a price tag attached to it. Back to home then we eventually found time to review the offer; it is a fair and square pricing. Fred and Nick didn't play any sale trick we had experienced before when buying a car. On Monday I called up Fred and then we went through the paper work; Fred treated my wife well patiently and answered her questions about the car. He did a decent job on demoing a lot of new fancy stuff coming with the car for us (remember - we didn't buy any single car for more than ten years, we didn't know too much about the new technology on a car now). Fred had done extreme good job in this category. Nick is excellent too; he stopped by and thanked us for the business. And more than that, he and Fred gave us a good picture on how the Valley Honda runs its business. It is really impressive that the dealership owner has a vision and a strong leadership to make Valley Honda one of best places to purchase a car. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience to work with Fred and Nick. They are the best sales people we dealt with when we came to buying a new. You have to see them yourself in person and enjoy the experience of buying a car from them. I can not wait to refer Fred and Nick to all of my friends for purchasing a car. More
