We had an appointment at 4pm on a Saturday. Eric met us as soon as we got there and collected our information so we could test drive the vehicle. He went with us on the test drive and was very helpful walking around the vehicle with us. We left and made the decision over the weekend on the vehicle. My husband texted Eric first thing Monday morning that we wanted to purchase it. Eric called me before opening hours to set everything in motion for the purchase and put me in touch with Nick, who was also very helpful. Haltermans was great to work with and we are now the proud owners of a new 4runner! More
