Service advisors were not helpful. Dropped car off for one issue and 6 weeks later there was a new problem that we were not told about. We kept calling for updates and answers to the problem but were left on hold and did not hear back for days/ weeks before someone answered our questions More

my car got a 2000$+ repair on its cruise control system, less than two months later my “service adaptive cruise control” warning came in. I called in explaining I had just had my ACC diagnosed and repaired less than two months later my “service adaptive cruise control” warning came in. I called in explaining I had just had my ACC diagnosed and repaired by them. After over a month of waiting for an Appointment and my service advisor asking me if I was sure I didn’t hit anything with my car (no loaner offered but they could give me a discounted rental car at 45$ a day )They told me the part broken this time was “from previous bodywork” which was done in 2019 and that it would be an additional 1700$. I asked why it wasn’t found in my initial inspection of the adaptive cruise control system and was told “I don’t know that tech doesn’t work here anymore”. If you want a dealership who books service months out with no loaner, and then gives you a crap shoot of “I don’t know that guy doesn’t work here anymore I’m not accepting responsibility” then I recommend working with Nick from service. Absolutely ridiculous . Also mentioned that my car is “too old with too many miles” for a goodwill repair… it’s 5 years old with 77,000 miles. Jeep doesn’t stand behind their product or work they themselves did months earlier. I’ll be trading mine in for a different make after the service I received here. More

My grand Cherokee summit had air suspension problem. Problem was detected reasonably quickly. After problem was determined, parts were ordered. The down side? It took manufacturers weeks to ship parts n Problem was detected reasonably quickly. After problem was determined, parts were ordered. The down side? It took manufacturers weeks to ship parts needed, and they changed delivery date 3 times adding up to over 1 month just waiting for parts. Not at all dealerships fault. Once parts arrived, it was fixed and returned to me within 2 days. Dealership was efficient detecting problem. The parts supplier was the one who kept dropping the ball. Nick did what he could to hurry the process, but was also at the mercy of the parts supplier. Dealership service department was excellent as usual, but because parts supplier fell asleep at the wheel, my grand Cherokee summit had an extended visit of 7 weeks at the dealership because it couldn’t be driven with the air bags completely deflated. Thumbs up 👍 to the dealership and Nick Pyle for their continual care of my Grand Cherokee Summit while waiting for the parts. BOO!! to the parts supplier who needs a fire lit 🔥 under their butts. Ultimately, parts finally arrived, Nick and the techs got right on it, and it was a job well done. Am very pleased with work done. This dealership and service department has always been right on the money for all the years I’ve been with them, and at times gone beyond when they didn’t have to. Rating: Dealership, Nick, and techs > 100% … Parts supplier: Needs a daily wake-up call to say the least!! More
