She made it sound like I would be kind of stupid it I choose not to purchase it. She did good afterward when I connected with her in Cancelling the extra warranty coverages. She really tries to be nice, but I hit a day when she felt rushed and she in turn made me feel rushed. The warranty stuff is confusing and she had a lot of trouble making it simple to understand all the many options and never once offered the fine print of exclusions for me to look through. She should have printed off all the details and exclusions for me to at least take home and Should have told me I have 60 days to consider it further before it's permanent. More
