Hi, my name is Nick Rusk. I was born in Royal Center, Indiana and have lived in the Fort Wayne area for about 18 Years. I attended Pioneer High School and IPFW. I have been employed at O’Daniel for about 15 years. In my free time I like to relax with my lovely wife Jen and our 2 children. I love playing golf, watching basketball, and football. Kenny Miller did an outstanding job. Lauren rushed me through all the warranty paperwork and pressured me into a program that would have costed me $5347 had I went through with it a Lauren rushed me through all the warranty paperwork and pressured me into a program that would have costed me $5347 had I went through with it all. She made it sound like I would be kind of stupid it I choose not to purchase it. She did good afterward when I connected with her in Cancelling the extra warranty coverages. She really tries to be nice, but I hit a day when she felt rushed and she in turn made me feel rushed. The warranty stuff is confusing and she had a lot of trouble making it simple to understand all the many options and never once offered the fine print of exclusions for me to look through. She should have printed off all the details and exclusions for me to at least take home and Should have told me I have 60 days to consider it further before it's permanent. More
