Ken Miller was great! Very helpful and professional! We found a car at one of the other ODaniel locations. Kenny has been an AMAZING help the past 2.5 months. I lost the first vehicle we purchased in OCTOBER to storm damage, totalled out my 16 Escape, and then we went straight to odaniel after picking up rent lost the first vehicle we purchased in OCTOBER to storm damage, totalled out my 16 Escape, and then we went straight to odaniel after picking up rental car and Ken and Nick found me another vehicle!! They have been very helpful!! I would like to thank them for their continued support. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, all my crying and frustration through the mess that mother nature created for me. They got me into another Ford, not an escape, but an Edge!! More
