From walking into the dealership, meeting my salesperson, then the general manager, the finance manager and including getting a tour of dealership, I felt like family. What I liked a lot, was the video in t then the general manager, the finance manager and including getting a tour of dealership, I felt like family. What I liked a lot, was the video in the finance office on the extended warranty. Most people learn by seeing as I am one of them. That video along with the finance manager answering my final questions is why I felt a was purchasing from the right dealership as I will refer my family and friends because of my non stress experience at GMC Buick!! More

It's not like the old vision gmc when I made appoint the person making the had no idea how long it would. When I got there they 2.5 hours at 2 hours they said it would 2 more hours, so I was there for hours person making the had no idea how long it would. Under new ownership and still going through that and the lack of enough personnel. Appointments for vehicles are not taken on time and take a lot longer to complete. The good thing, and one of the reasons why I drive across town to this dealership is the personnel are friendly, helpful and courteous. More
