Ms. Kharchenko I'd first like to apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. Here at Kings Nissan we ensure that our consultants honor all requests made by our customers. You presented your registration to your sales consultant when finalizing the deal, which is an indication that you were transferring your current license plate to your new vehicle. The decision for a transfer of your license plate could only have been made by you the customer. Again we deeply apologize Regardless of the mix up Kings Nissan paid for and has issued new plates on the Nissan Altima as quick as the DMV possibly could. We were in constant contact with the customer through the whole process. Its unfortunate that the customer doesent appreciate the fact that although mistakes are made by everyone Kings Nissan corrected the problem in a timely manner regardless of who made the error. Hopefully the customer can move past this minor issue in hopes that she will need repair or warranty work on her new car and can find it in her heart to maintain a business relationship

Unfortunately we were given a registration card for the customer's current vehicle, which is an out of state registration, therefore it must be processed thru a company that handles all of our out of state registration work. This is where the error occurred, once management was informed regarding this matter the customer was immediately contacted by a manager who recommended the customer go to the nearest DMV processor where the vehicle is registered in order to fix the issue the same day, at our expense. The customer informed us that they do not really live there full time and it was not convenient for them to drive all the way out of state in order to do this. The following business day we began the process of issuing new plates and registration and put a rush on the progression to handle it as fast as possible. By the time of this writing the customer has both cars registered and plated, we have assumed full responsibility and paid all of the costs of the correction. We have made numerous attempts to apologize and have certainly made this unfortunate situation right, however the customer still feels the need to cast a poor light upon us in every available channel possible, even after the condition has long since been rectified. As a final note: Had the customer registered the vehicle where they primarily reside (Brooklyn) we could have rectified this issue within 30 minutes
