I was bringing my car in for a recall on the hood latch. This place was no help. The customer service is horrible in the fact that it’s clear the employees do not care and have an attitude and the customers This place was no help. I sat in the office with someone and he started typing up my situation, and he told me all of this was going to take a couple days minimum to put the claim in. I told him since my car is here for a recall, I need a loaner car. He told me he couldn’t do that. I then called Nissan of bay ridge, Staten Island, Queens, and no one could help me. I called Long Island Nissan Of Huntington, and they were amazing. The girl on the phone was so nice and said as long as I come in before end of the day (5pm) they can help me. I snagged my car back, went to Huntington, and Immediately my car was looked at, the guy took pictures and videos and sent it to Nissan, Gave me a loaner car with no problem and updated me on what is happening. I was there for like 30 mins. Huntington was AMAZING. More

Only person who had customer service manners is the person who greeted at the entrance. Absent management, unpleasant, poor behaviour and attitude.
