I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer ST from Hawk Ford in St Charles and was very happy with working with both Nick Sladek and Andrew Kreatsoulas. I had purchased a new vehicle from Andrew Kreatsoulas at anoth Charles and was very happy with working with both Nick Sladek and Andrew Kreatsoulas. I had purchased a new vehicle from Andrew Kreatsoulas at another Ford dealer previously, so when I found out he was at Hawk in St Charles, this was great as I am very close to this dealer. The price negotiations with their sales team were smooth. My 5 star review is for the sales experience itself. I would not give that same review with dealing with the Finance manager who was not at all interested in explaining the taxes associated with incentives or diving into specifics on warranties. He only was throwing out pricing on extended warranties. This type of interaction makes the customer experience not so fun. I think there is a big opportunity to improve the process here and or make a personnel change to better drive an overall positive customer experience. During my time at Hawk Ford I also interacted with Chris Krueger which was great as he shared my enthusiasms as fellow Mustang owner. Barring the experience in Finance, the crew at Hawk Ford was great to work and I will consider referring friends and colleagues. More
