Chris Purcell, the pre-owned manager, had overheard my car situation and suggested a car they had just received at the dealership (the one I ended up purchasing). It was exactly what I was looking for and I am forever grateful to them for making the experience so enjoyable and stress free. Nick Tarquini discussed the warranty options with me and I met a few others who came over to say hello and check in (Alfredo, Paul, etc.) . Everyone I met was so friendly and they truly value all of their customers (and their time). Thank you again!! More

The culture of deceit is live and well at this dealer sales dept. Beware when walking these doors. The people we dealt with aren’t looking out for the consumer and trying to be a blessing in your life, t sales dept. Beware when walking these doors. The people we dealt with aren’t looking out for the consumer and trying to be a blessing in your life, they will prey on the unaware and naive, if you must come here be ready and prepared when talking to sales and specially the finance manager Nick, this one is something else and will curse you out to your face if you don’t go his way. After a year of bringing my vehicle here for service all I noticed was the unprofessionalism while waiting seeing employees curse at each other, clients yelling for their refund as they have had enough. Service advisors turn into finance managers without knowledge on the regulations of finance. Take care of your money, livelihoods and wellness of your family by staying away. But if you like encouraging this type of behavior go on right ahead. More
