They were friendly with the kids, followed SOP during pandemic. I think one good test is when people continue to behave best even after the sale is complete and final. They followed up every week while we were waiting for vehicle delivery and after the delivery , I left my extra keys at the delivery area and Nick called me back and held it for me. Prior to coming in, Nick Theodore was in constant contact with me. I initially was going to work with him but my timetable was bumped up due to work constraints, and he was on vacation.
