We have purchased 5 vehicles from Valley Honda and have never been disappointed. From the minute we walked in the door to look at the cars all the way to having routine maintenance, we have never been let never been disappointed. From the minute we walked in the door to look at the cars all the way to having routine maintenance, we have never been let down. This last experience by far was our best! Fred was working with our daughter who was buying her first car. He was very patient and listened to exactly what our daughter was looking for. More importantly he made sure she understood the safety features and really educated her. Fred was patient, and did not pressure us at all. He listened to what price range she needed to stay within and never tried to go over. You could tell he truly cared about his customers. Fred is now a family friend as far as we are concerned!!! Go to Valley Honda, you won’t be disappointed!!! My husband is there frequently for routine maintenance and loves the coffee bar. Thank you for bringing that back. Valley agenda goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Every employee there goes out of there way to make you feel like family. Emilio, Amber, Fred, Nick, Rose, Roxanne, James, Mike, Gabrielle are just to name a few that give beyond exceptional service! Thank you Valley Honda!!! More
