Starting with Julie's willingness to communicate through chat to Nick's in-person service, I felt respected and appreciated as a customer. They were willing to work with any requests/concerns that I had, and were very transparent on their end. Nick was very helpful, accommodating and friendly - at no point did I feel like I was being forced into decisions and we always maintained and open dialogue. After receiving an email quote from Nick I decided to drive to Valley Honda 50 Miles from my house. The day I got there Nick was very busy with a customer closing a sale. He did well by immediately introducing me to Dave Zisk who provided all the trade in numbers I needed as well as gave me to test drive in the unit I was looking for. Dave took the time to walk around the lot with me allowing me to see the different color exteriors and interiors. I was introduced to a very cordial Jab Rahman the same day who got involved making sure all my concerns were answered and happy with my selected product and trade in value for my car.
