Nick Theodor has been exceptional from the day I purchased my Honda CR-V in 2021 to the continued support he’s provided since. I don't use the word "awesome" often but Megha and Nick are AWESOME! Both are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We had a TransUnion issue where our accounts were temporarily suspended. I started my Honda Pilot/CR-V shopping at the end of 2024. I decided to hold off until April 2025, and that is when I met Nick Theodor. Nick took the time to explain both vehicles and I was able to te 2024. I decided to hold off until April 2025, and that is when I met Nick Theodor. Nick took the time to explain both vehicles and I was able to test drive them as well. It was on a Saturday..super busy, but Nick was patient, informative and never made me feel rushed. I decided to purchase the Pilot, but they did not have the color I wanted in stock; however, Nick informed me that one was on its way to the dealership. He took my deposit to hold the vehicle. We got the financing pre-approved and Nick stayed in touch to let me know the progress of the delivery date. I couldn't ask for a better experience in buying a new car; I haven't purchased a new vehicle since 2000! Nick is extremely professional, friendly, and I would highly recommend Nick and Valley Honda! Thanks Nick for the excellent experience in purchasing my new Honda Pilot. More
