Dare I say that Nick offers excellent customer care, knowledge of inventory,buying options, listens and understands what the customer is looking for when coming to Valley Honda. We have been to the Lisle and Morton Grove Dealerships in the past and will say that Valley Honda will be the Dealership that we will come to in the future as we continue to purchase HONDAS!! A side note. If possible I would like to relocate (R & R) to the Valley Honda Dealership to spend my time with great "reps" , excellent accommondations...lounging rooms, restrooms, internet access, refreshments , all that brings great customer care for the interested buyer. I felt no pressure at all, and my salesman, Nick T. Theodor was not only doing a great job in telling me about my choice of the car but also ways that I can save some money. That in and of its self is commendable. I thank you Nick. The entire facility from the showroom to the bays where the mechanics were working on cars was clean (if you can call bay area clean), to the waiting areas, to the ladies restroom, was neat and clean and well lit. I was truly impressed with the entire Valley Honda operation and staff. During my visit, he was kind, attentive and generous with his time. Nick Poole ended up being the one who helped with the actual purchase of the vehicle. He proved to be a good listener, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. It was really refreshing to see everyone work together as a team. Everyone I came into contact with was so concerned about my comfort. This dealership is actually like no other I've been in.
