Paul's follow up is superb as he contacted me several times to make sure I was happy which I am. I came from Southern NH to buy my truck because after talking to several dealers, I was determined that Paul was the person with whom I wanted to do business. Both of these gentleman treated me with the best customer service I have EVER had . Even though I bought a used vehicle , the treated me like I was buying the most expensive vehicle they had ! AND then as I was sitting at Pauls desk another salesman walked by and dropped off a bottle of water without saying a word..just smiled and continued on ..not even interrupting our conversation ! That was just a simple but impressive gesture. After the sale I was then brought around to meet Kevin at the service department whom I had met through a previous vehicle repair and let me say he was awesome as well ..he really made me feel taken care of too !
