Due to the extremely high demand and limited inventory of incoming RAV4 allocations, we maintain a reservation waiting list for these vehicles. To secure a spot on that list, a deposit is required. Because a deposit was not placed, we were unable to reserve or hold a future allocation. As a result, the vehicle opportunity became available to another customer who was ready to secure their reservation. We understand how frustrating this situation can be and apologize for any disappointment or misunderstanding. Our goal is always to be transparent and fair with all customers while managing the high demand for these vehicles. We value your business and would welcome the opportunity to assist you in finding the right vehicle in the future. Thank you again for your feedback.
