I wanted to commend you and your staff for the excellent customer service they demonstrated on June 8th. You really do make your customers number one. All the staff was friendly and customer-focused. In particular, Nick Vitcusky, the service advisor that handled the transaction. Kudos to Nick. There was a dispute concerning the services provided on our Subaru Outback and I voiced my dissatisfaction to Nick. He promptly investigated the problem and offered a resolution that was beyond my expectations. Thanks again for the outstanding customer service, the shuttle service, and for delivering a spanking clean car. Elisabeth B More

There seems to be a bit of confusion about the price I was quoted and what I ended up paying for the service and material. I guess the fact that the auto mechanic was honest and told the service manager that I should bring the vehicle back to have it rechecked on the machine when it’s working correctly shows me that He takes his job seriously as a professional. I like that! Overall I have trust and confidence in this dealership and the technicians that work here. Bottom line, I believe when all is said and done I will have peace of mind More

My cousin was visiting me from NY and needed access to my trunk in my 2017 Subaru Legacy. While trying to open the trunk she inadvertently broke the back-up camera. It was left dangling, dislodged from its h trunk in my 2017 Subaru Legacy. While trying to open the trunk she inadvertently broke the back-up camera. It was left dangling, dislodged from its housing. I went to Matt Slap Subaru to have this fixed and was told that the entire camera would have to be replaced. The service rep decided not to charge me the $384 for the new camera and I was only charged $125 for labor. I don't know why but was pleased to save so much money. More

My service advisor was Nick Vitcusky and he took care of my Crosstek 2018 recall works. He was courteous and efficient, I was very pleased with his work ethics, since I had another issues with my Crosstek my Crosstek 2018 recall works. He was courteous and efficient, I was very pleased with his work ethics, since I had another issues with my Crosstek that was not related to the recalls but Nick listened and solved that problems also. I wish there are more people like him!!! He is my future go to person when I need services for my Crosstek. I feel comfortable going to Nick for my future service needs. Another pleasant experience was their Shuttle and Free car wash services. As for Matt Subaru Service department team, this visit exceeded my expectation. Keep up the good job!!! More

Took car on time, completed work faster than expected. Chairs in waiting area were socially distanced. Service person didn’t believe fuel pump stuck on ran battery down.
