Took my 2019 Outback in for service and an issue with front wheel noise that sounded like a bearing the car has a little over 18,000 miles on it. Asked about online discount coupon for service and if they honored competing Subaru dealer coupons “NO” I left Concordville Subaru because of poor service issues. Make a long story short they said noise was not bearing could not identify what problem was and kind of blamed it on the tires! Still making noise like a bad bearing and I do not think I would be buying new tires on a car that has just a little over 18,000 miles and if I do buy tires and that’s not the problem we’ll I got a non answer The regular service was ok so that’s why the 3 stars So I will probably be going round and round with this noise issue Thankfully it is still under warranty and I didn’t have to pay the $149 for the diagnosis that didn’t diagnose the problem More
