However, the maintenance plan you purchased does have a list of services that are covered under the plan that was included in your deal paperwork, and/or reviewed at the time of your deal! We apologize if there was any misunderstanding over what was covered, or over the expectation of what your service invoice would be during your last visit. Regarding the vehicle wash, we do not have an on-site car wash or a team dedicated to cleaning vehicles while vehicles are in for service, so we treat this service as a request-only service. We would be happy to clean your vehicle when you come in for service next, we just ask that you let your advisor or our scheduling team know when you schedule your appointment.
