condescending and confrontational I spoke with Nicole Frederick after exchanging emails about the purchase of a late model truck. I told her I didn't want to drive the distance to the dealership and waste my time if the sticker price and KBB were the best I was going to get. She repeated the same line about the company policy twice when I said I understood what she said the first time. I was looking for some understanding of my situation, what I got was her telling me "I feel threatened by your response." I told her that we are off on the wrong foot and is there someone else to talk to. She said her manager would call me. The manager called later. I ended up visiting but the inventory was overpriced. I never raised my voice and I certainly never threatened her. I found her to be condescending in tone and confrontational with that statement. Ridiculous, all I wanted was to buy a truck. Im shopping elsewhere and I recommend everyone do the same. More

The whole car buying process was very smooth, Nicole helped get me in as soon as possible and Payton stayed late helping make sure that I was comfortable and happy with my car buying process.
