Nicole was very accommodating when we moved our appointment around a couple of times. On arrival, she walked us through all the cars that were in the market within our budget and meeting our other requirements. She was very forthcoming in sharing all the information she had on the history of the car we selected and also provided other inputs regarding car title, registration and other nitty gritties. She also gave us ample time and direction to arrive at a decision. The best part was she had the car washed and ready for us after we made our decision. And when we expressed our desire to test drive again, she suggested a good track to ride the car on. And had the car washed again for us. We really appreciate her patience in answering all our questions. I'd definitely recommend Zeck Ford to my friends and family. More

Her patience is like that of no other car salesman(woman) that I know, being that I'm "miss indecisive". She allowed me time to think about the purchase, offered and allotted me time to spend with the vehicle before committing to buying it, and made things transition as smoothly as possible. not to mention the follow-up phone calls and multiple post cards that just makes a person feel like the experience is beyond the car buying ordeal (actually makes one feel valued and human-like) instead of like just a number. I was home bound, miserable, and a lot of times depressed. Then this angel came into my life named Nicole at a dealership called Zeck Ford and made it possible for me to get a really nice car. I told her I would have to wait so I could pay insurance and the Ford dealership paid the insurance for me for Christmas so I could get the car now. They are willing to fix anything wrong with the car, if anything, till I am satisfied. They have bent over backwards to make sure I have been treated well, and I have, very well, Thank You! Based on an online search, I reached out to Zeck Ford regarding a SUV and was contacted by Nicole shortly after. After speaking with Nicole, we determined the SUV I was interested in didn't fit my needs, I explained to Nicole my requirements, and she followed up at a reasonable rate over the next few weeks. When I finally made the decision to purchase, I did an area wide search and found a few cars I was interested in at Zeck Ford. I left another online inquiry and Nicole followed up the very next day. When I arrived at Zeck for a test drive, Nicole helped me navigate a few options based on their inventory, and was more than willing to let me direct the whole experience. When we located THE car, Nicole was fair and transparent regarding my trade value and finance options. Based on my positive experience, and Zeck Ford's ability to provide an inexpensive warranty plan I made the decision to purchase. Nicole stayed with me beyond their regular business hours, as I went through the finance process, and continues to follow up via email. Having spent time in the industry, I tend to judge more harshly than most and Nicole was not the only sales person I spoke with; however, Zeck Ford's combination of customer service and extensive inventory made them the dealership I chose to do business with.
