I picked up a 2013 Escape LES this year and loved it so much that my wife and I decided to look for a new Escape when the announcement was made that interest rates would rise. We found the Ford we wanted at Zeck Ford and submitted a request for more information. We had an IMMEDIATE reply from Nicole Wolter. What a breath of fresh air for a car salesman (uh, salesperson?). Went in on a Saturday without a firm appointment time and Nicole took the time to go t Nicole was great to work with during my car buying experience! Went in on a Saturday without a firm appointment time and Nicole took the time to go through all the paperwork for the two cars I was interested in online: the history, service done, etc. and answered all my questions during the test drives and after. She was very friendly and never tried to steer me in a different direction or towards one car over the other. My husband and I never felt any pressure to buy and the atmosphere of the show room was definitely laid back and boisterous with all the employees working with different customers. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 out of 5, is the time it took to get through the Finance department, which isn't wasn't Nicole's fault. We were waiting for about 45 minutes before someone was free to start working with us. I don't know if that's just typical wait time for a Saturday or if that was just random experience for us. More
