We have not seen another dealer that could get anywhere near the fun & exciting atmosphere that Zeck was presenting. The level of helpfulness from the associates exceeded expectations. Furthermore, they were very clear in that their dealership can get the lowest prices since their dealer is a Non-Commission based dealership. They then look at all other dealerships within a 150 mile radius and beat their lowest price. They also match or beat interest rates should you decide to finance through the Zeck dealership. The overall process was smooth and my wife and I had an enjoyable experience. I would recommend Zeck Ford (and already have to a few friends) to anyone who asks where they should buy their next car from. Disclaimer: My wife & I spent at least 8-12 total hours researching cars on Autotrader.com, Cars.com, USAA, Truecar.com, and even spent some time going to 3 different dealerships. We had picked out the Escape we wanted before visiting Zeck with a high confidence we were going to buy. So, the above review is brought from that perspective. More

After purchasing a car from them, I too feel the same way! Not only was I well informed through each process and assured the best prices for the car that I wanted- from the minute I walked in till the minute I walked out, everything was nothing but positive! Every employee there was friendly, but the one that I worked directly with was absolutely the best that I could've asked for! Nicole Wolter started off our visit by saying "are you ready to have fun?" and through the somewhat tedious paperwork, trade in, test drive, more paperwork it was truly somehow fun with her as our salesperson! Not only was she wonderful, but Chance in financing was very informative and determined to help our financial situation despite how late we kept them. We ended up staying past close, but they never made us feel rushed and seemed pleased to be there! I am MORE than happy with my 2013 Ford Focus and I am also MORE than happy with my experience at Zeck Ford!! More

AMAZING, WONDERFUL, FABULOUS AND SPECTACULAR!!! Nicole Wolters was absolutely a delight to work with from beginning to end of our transactions. We brought in two vehicles to trade in, and needed to Nicole Wolters was absolutely a delight to work with from beginning to end of our transactions. We brought in two vehicles to trade in, and needed to replace them with two others. Nicole worked with us for several hours, (past closing time), and was so sweet and patient with us. We have three generations, all with different needs and wants, but we never felt rushed or as if we were inconveniencing anyone. The whole staff was great about that. Chance was super patient with our transactions, also, and we just appreciate so much the excellent service and obvious customer care displayed by the staff. We had a situation arise with one of the cars, through no fault of anyone there, but we ended up back at the dealership, essentially redoing our transactions, but NO ONE made us feel as if it was a problem. Nicole is amazing, wonderful, fabulous, and spectacular! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and Nicole Wolters. Chance Baker is a class act, who kindly took our needs and concerns to heart and made sure that we got what we wanted after all. Not many people will spend so much of their time so willingly and honestly trying to help, but Nicole and Chance are definitely two of the ones who go above and beyond. We are looking forward to more transactions and even kind of excited about visiting again when it's time for our regular service appointments!
