Wayne Akers Ford is hands down the best dealer, with all the services to the highest standards. All staff members are professional, punctual, and extremely polite, making you feel treated the best anyone ca the services to the highest standards. All staff members are professional, punctual, and extremely polite, making you feel treated the best anyone can do. They pick up the car for maintenance, bring it back, and everything is as easy as possible. Just sip your morning coffee and give the keys to the guy who picks up, and that's it. Highly recommend! I dealt with the collision department to replace my vehicle’s hood due to factory paint defect. The whole process took me 3 months! There was absolutely no communication from the dealer, they picked up vehicle’s hood due to factory paint defect. The whole process took me 3 months! There was absolutely no communication from the dealer, they picked up phone once when I called during this whole time. When the hood was replaced, they forgot to install the insulation shield so I had to go back again. Overall, extremely frustrating situation mainly due to lack of communication. More
