It started with Nicole Oeser, who was completely transparent about the value of the car I was trading in and answered all questions I had about upfront costs, taxes, fees, etc. (something a lot of dealerships aren't so eager to do) associated with a getting a new car. I am very happy with the 2019 CRV we got and grateful for how smoothly the process went. Looking forward to being a repeat customer. More

Excellence in auto sales Had a great experience buying a vehicle at Mohawk Honda. They have the biggest selection and the best pricing. I shopped online all of other local Hon Had a great experience buying a vehicle at Mohawk Honda. They have the biggest selection and the best pricing. I shopped online all of other local Honda dealers (4 others to be specific). None of them had the pre-owned selection Mohawk has (not even close). I was in the market for a pre-owned Pilot, Mohawk had 16 on their lot. The other 4 dealers had anywhere from 4-6 on there lots and their pricing on comparative Pilots was higher by a couple thousand dollars or more. Nicole O. was my sales lead. She was great to work with. She was professional, courteous, quick with responses or getting back to me and she has a great attitude. I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and Nicole O. to anyone in the market looking to purchase a vehicle, especially a Honda. More

BOUGHT A 2017 USED RIDGELINE Vehicle was reasonably priced, and in good condition except that I had to purchase new tonneau cover because the existing one was removed by the deale Vehicle was reasonably priced, and in good condition except that I had to purchase new tonneau cover because the existing one was removed by the dealership because, it supposedly was " not original Honda equipment". I understand the concept of requiring Honda parts but confiscating a Tonneau cover? I found that odd and more than a little irritating to have to buy a new one. And the sales pitch I got about an extended maintenance plan and a "Simonize spray" which is supposedly needed to protect the paint because the paint no longer contains lead seemed a little odd. If Hondas are so well built then why would a buyer need "Simonize" and/or a costly additional extended maintenance plans. If Honda is so unsure about the quality of their paint then they should do the "Simonize" in the factory. Nicole Oeser was excellent. She was polite, very attentive, professional and knew much about the Ridgeline model. She is a solid employee, very intelligent, receptive, organized and very helpful. Dealership put on the accessories that I bought for the truck quickly and the vehicle was ready on time. Parking at the dealership was readily available and the building very neat and clean. All workers I can in contact with were polite and helpful. More

No games or run around I met with Nicole and this was the easiest car sale that I have ever been apart of. I told her my story, the car I wanted and she asked what would mak I met with Nicole and this was the easiest car sale that I have ever been apart of.
