This is not necessarily about the Dealership, but more about the Sales Rep. Nicole Rowell. She was extremely helpful, easily accessible and knowledgeable about the type of vehicle I was interested in purc about the Sales Rep. Nicole Rowell. She was extremely helpful, easily accessible and knowledgeable about the type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing. This was a huge relief since the search had been going on for several weeks... and not to mention, I reside in North Carolina. She knew the difference in payload and the major differences between gas and diesel engines, as well as overall condition of this particular truck. Quite frankly, she was more knowledge about trucks than anyone else I had talked to, despite gender. Being in Sales myself, it's pretty easy to tell when someone is unsure of the information they are trying to give/sell. I did not get this from Nicole, which is a relief especially in the car selling business. Although I have never met Nicole in person, I would say she is definitely an asset to your Sales Team and I appreciate her knowledge and experience. Thanks Nicole! More

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole Rowell.
