She was so informative, more than patient, and incredibly professional. She made my buying experience a pleasure. From the test drive to signing. I never felt so at ease and in no rush to buy because Nicole’s goal was obvious which was to make sure I was happy with the decision I was about to make. After many years, I’m now a BMW owner again and am so thrilled with my new car.
