Welcome friends! My name is Nigel Treat and I sell cars in beautiful Northwest Arkansas! I consider myself a family man and spend most of my time outside of work on adventures with my fiancé and our awesome kids! I feel so fortunate to have a career that not only supports us, but that allows me to do what I truly love and really help people in the process. I started my career working for a building and construction company for many years where I was trained in lean business management. After several years in management there, I decided to take a different path in life and find a career where I could use my people skills to help others. I’m a huge car enthusiast and love everything about them from safety to performance, so working in car sales just made sense! I really enjoy the challenge of finding the perfect vehicle for people within their budget, simplifying the buying experience for them, and providing them with the best customer service!

This is the absolute worst service I have ever gotten at any dealership. I have purchased at least 10 new or new to me cars since 2001 at various dealerships. I am also a nurse. So I am aware of what custo any dealership. I have purchased at least 10 new or new to me cars since 2001 at various dealerships. I am also a nurse. So I am aware of what customer service is supposed to be. No call backs. No follow through. I have called numerous times trying to get issues with my car fixed. I have spoken to Seth in service who told me to talk to Nigel in sales about getting a loaner so that my car may be taken to Nissan to get these issues fixed. Tried to get in touch with Nigel. NO RESPONSE. Finally saw him at the lot when I took my title to get signed because, apparently it wasn't signed before it was mailed to my house, leaving me unable to get my car tagged. Nigel gave me his new card and asked to get in touch with Seth to coordinate a time to have my car dropped off for service that coincides with his (Nigel's) schedule so that he can get me a loaner. Why is it my responsibility to speak to anyone to coordinate schedules?? Isn't this what the meaning of customer service is? I'm truly unhappy with my car. I feel I didn't get what I paid for. It barely meets my family's needs. All I heard from Nigel was how customer service was the gold standard. Clearly it is not. If I had it to do over, I would have never traded my car here. More
