I did not buy my S5 from Beaverton, but it is closer to my home. Initially i struggled getting someone on the phone to schedule a service, but when i did, they handled it very well. While driving from Seattle to San Jose, warning light for brake pads was illuminated. Portland Audi to the rescue! Talked to Alex and then transferred to Niki Salinas! While waiting for the repair, she offered to arrange Lyft to downtown Portland and continued to provide car updates until car was ready for pick up! Service was outstanding! The waiting room was very nice and filled with beverages and snacks for you! Thank you so much! This experience has been positive and memorable! We bought our first A4 here and were very impressed with the service and sales departments. We have always had our cars serviced here. We upgraded to an S4 and are still imperssed with their service 7 years the service and sales departments. We have always had our cars serviced here.
