Mr. Jordan Grim and Nino Villanueva, made the whole transaction feel seamless. When it came to the closing paperwork it felt almost effortless all due to Mr. Eli Alicea. The staff that helped in our process of purchasing our new Subaru went above and beyond our expectations. Surprisingly enough, we were finished in under 3 hours. The dedication to knowing the job, working with a customers needs, budget and attention to detail is what what makes a great sales team. I feel beyond blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Grim and the other members of his team.
