Simple buying experience. Worked with the internet department to verify availability and total out the door price. Went in and Robert immediately got the car so that we could test drive it. Wrote the check and will have the car delivered after a little work is done. Easy and very professional by everyone involved. Update: While the sales process went smoothly, the delivery of my vehicle was delayed and the communications about the delay was almost non-existent. Had I not reached out to Zeck Ford, I probably would still be waiting for my vehicle days later. When I called to inquire about the delay, I found out that the entire management staff was "inspecting cars on the lot for hail damage" so were unavailable to talk with me. It felt like once they had my money that I was no longer a priority. While I have been assured that was not the case, the lack of communication and managers not calling back when I left a message for them to do so, cause me to have to reduce the rating for this dealership to an average score. More
