He was friendly, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure at any point. After the test drive, he was very clear on the next steps. Nick Nava also helped a lot. We purchased a hybrid vehicle, and as an owner of one, he answered our questions about hybrids. Brandon Abernathy from finance helped us next. Without any pressure, he explained additional coverage plans and options, then gave us time to decide what to do. Going to the dealership doesn't have to be a stressful experience.
