I worked with Nizar about potentially buying a new car. He went above and beyond to show me photos and videos of cars not on the lot but were nearby. Buying a car takes about 3 hours and there's no getting around that. Just enjoy the process and don't rush things. More

I purchased a Jeep Wagoneer on 1/12/26, and was lied to. Turns out vehicle was in a accident and was never told about it!!! I want my down payment back! I sent a email to Mr Falcon. Nizar was awesome and very knowledgable for a car so new. I felt no pressure. Jokingly I had to keep asking questions so he'd stay with me. Martin Gero in the finance department was very easy to talk to about denying and accepting add-on services and explained all options and the financial commitment that goes with each choice. No pressure there, I made the decisions free of guilt or ridicule. I purchased my 5th Charger with this dealership over a period of about 17 years. More
