I am writing to share my concern regarding my recent vehicle purchase from your dealership. While the initial communication and negotiation with Tim were positive, after the sale I experienced a complet vehicle purchase from your dealership. While the initial communication and negotiation with Tim were positive, after the sale I experienced a complete lack of follow‑through. Tim had promised to provide a GMC coffee mug and black lettering for my vehicle, but more importantly, he stopped responding to my messages about these commitments and my concerns with the car. The items themselves are not the issue. What matters to me is the principle: when a salesperson makes a promise, I expect professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, being ignored after the sale has left me with a negative impression of both the salesperson and the dealership. I had been considering returning to purchase another vehicle, but this experience has made me question whether customer care is valued beyond the point of sale. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as I believe strong ethics and consistent communication are essential to building long‑term customer relationships. More
