I had a very disappointing experience at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa while attempting to purchase a vehicle. I came in ready to buy and had already started the financing process. As soon as pricing was questioned and we asked for clarification, the tone from the salesperson, Noel Velasco, noticeably changed and became dismissive. While we were actively moving forward with the purchase, we were told the car was in the shop for brakes and tires. Shortly after, a manager, Abraham Contreras, informed us the vehicle had suddenly been sold and began directing us toward other options. We were also told they “didn’t realize it had already been sold,” which didn’t make sense given we were in the middle of purchasing it. About a week later, I was contacted again by Noel and told the same car was available because the previous buyer’s financing “didn’t go through.” That sequence of events was inconsistent and difficult to understand. I was fully prepared to complete the purchase that day, but because of how this was handled, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I would recommend future buyers ask for full pricing transparency upfront and get everything in writing before moving forward. More
