Great service but car check engine light came on 10 miles after leaving the dealer. As a female it’s always intimidating to walk into a dealer but I will say is Noel made me feel so comfortable. He asked questions to better understand what I was looking for as well as told me his insi dealer but I will say is Noel made me feel so comfortable. He asked questions to better understand what I was looking for as well as told me his insight on the vehicles. I walked in wanting to trade in my Optima for an AWD and when I you I went in looking at a Sportage I left with a Seltos. Noel is very knowledgeable of what he does! I love that he kept positive energy even with the few hiccups we had. & last but not least I can not forget about Matt( the guy that has you sign your life away jk jk ). I bought my Optima 3 years ago with Yonkers Kia and he was the last face we saw and someone to never forget, so when I sat back in his office 3 years later, I was super comfy in knowing I was placed in great hands. Once again he worked his magic as always! I want to thank Yonkers Kia for doing what you do making sure your customers are always first. God willing see you guys in another 3 years :) More

My wife order a vehicle she worked out a lease price and gave a deposit. I spoke to Noel on several occasions only to be given poor reasons claimed the vehicle wasn’t going to work out for the price he quot gave a deposit. I spoke to Noel on several occasions only to be given poor reasons claimed the vehicle wasn’t going to work out for the price he quoted. Now after over a week of waiting for a return of the $500 deposit. No money returned and no response to calls or texts. Call the dealership and they put me on hold and then the phone disconnects. Terrible dealership as for professionalism and courtesy go. More

I was charged for maintenance, when I was supposed to. They cracked my windshield and I have been chasing them for a days to get them to, first admit it was them, then agree to do something about it, and They cracked my windshield and I have been chasing them for a days to get them to, first admit it was them, then agree to do something about it, and now waiting for an appointment with their glass guy. On top of that, they let the air out of my tire and didn't mention they tire was leaking; so clearly they didn't check my tires, but the charge on the receipt says they did. Also, I asked for the 22,500-mile maintinece package but they charged me for a 15,000 maintenance package, which was higher in price. If I could give them a zeo, I would. This dealership is full of crooks. More
