2017 CR-V purchase I am 73 years old, and I have always shopped around for the best deal on the vehicle that I have decided on. I chose them because they are the closest to my home, only 10 miles away, and they made an overall positive impression. More

I went to Mohawk because my old car was originally purchased there by my family, and we always get our Hondas serviced there. This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle, and I am very happy to say that everyone I spoke with there was very kind, helpful, and friendly. I had been nervous about working with sales people and that anxiety faded as soon as I walked through the dealership's doors. I will definitely recommend Mohawk Honda highly to anyone I know in the future! More

Best experience ever! Great guys, made process easy. I was in trouble with the loan I had on my CRV, to my surprise, the great guys at Mohawk Honda, got me out of the mess I was in and put me in a brand I was in trouble with the loan I had on my CRV, to my surprise, the great guys at Mohawk Honda, got me out of the mess I was in and put me in a brand new vehicle, lower payment, lower intrest. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant. I didnt feel pressured, no strong arming here. I highly recommend this dealership. More

We are satisfied. Since 2000, we've bought 6 Honda Accords new and 1 Honda Civic used (17,000 miles) from Mohawk Honda. Through the years, Anita Pietrzak -- first in service, later in parts -- and Patti Ferris, Gerry Rosenbarker and Noelle Viscariello from the body shop have been helpful, too. More

New HRV I walked into Mohawk Honda and a sales rep cam right up and asked me what I needed. From the initial salesperson to the receptionist even the folks in I walked into Mohawk Honda and a sales rep cam right up and asked me what I needed. From the initial salesperson to the receptionist even the folks in the collision department were overwhelmingly friendly and polite. I was purchasing a new car because my wife had totaled our car. Every person I explained this to their first response was " Is she ok?" That really stood out, I had gone to a different dealership and I did not receive the same concern from anyone. More

Did not thin the experience could get any better, but it has Bought my first Honda from Mohawk Honda in 1978. The integrity of the vehicle is truly one that no other can match.. Did not anticipate purchasing a Bought my first Honda from Mohawk Honda in 1978. The integrity of the vehicle is truly one that no other can match.. Did not anticipate purchasing a vehicle last week. Mike Bennice picked me up on Friday morning and drove home in the afternoon. Was treated so well and everyone was there to help. It was more of a home coming. As I told Mike I would never go anywhere else. The reason I set alone for more than five minutes is that the Mohawk Honda team was working extremely hard to get me out in my new car on the same day. They were unbelievable. More

Mohawk is the best! I just totaled my Honda Civic, and after a week of driving a Ford Fiesta (first world torture) I couldn't take it anymore. On the night of 8/17/16 I I just totaled my Honda Civic, and after a week of driving a Ford Fiesta (first world torture) I couldn't take it anymore. On the night of 8/17/16 I called Mohawk to make an appointment with Cam for the next day and I drove away with a CRV that afternoon. Cam and Trish as always were friendly, fun and professional. I had come in a few months back and I wasn't yet ready to purchase. However, they made me feel comfortable and not pressured so I knew when I was ready I would buy a car from them. Cam made sure I was happy with everything and Jake helped me set up my bluetooth so I was all set before I left the lot. Everyone here was awesome! Although my Civic was totaled and I didn't get repairs done at the collision center this was my 3rd incident this year at the collision center. I can't tell you how awesome these people are. The first time was in the winter when I driving 1.5hrs to work and a deer ran into the side of my vehicle on the way to work. I called and went to the center that afternoon. Patti made me feel like I had nothing to worry about because they would take care of everything, send state farm the estimate, and I could pick up and drop of my hertz rental right on site. She was incredible. The next time I was rear-ended in a parking lot and I simply walked in and Noelle helped me with an estimate on the spot so I didn't have to make an extra trip. Finally, when my vehicle was totaled they sent the estimate the same day of drop off and I could see it when I logged into my SF account. I also had the pleasure of working with Noelle on that visit. The last thing anyone wants to do when they crash their car is stress about repairs. The collision team made life super easy and I wasn't worried about anything. Seriously guys, you're all amazing! Stress relievers!!!! I bought my first Honda Odyssey Jan 2015. Our sales lady was Jenn and she was so helpful getting us in a van to fit my family. March 1, 2016 my 1 year I bought my first Honda Odyssey Jan 2015. Our sales lady was Jenn and she was so helpful getting us in a van to fit my family. March 1, 2016 my 1 year old van was hit and totaled by someone making a left turn into me. 100% not my fault. The insurance company was making the process extremely hard for me to get rid on my van and no guidance in getting a new one. They also said I had a $5-6K difference between my van worth and my loan that I would be responsible for. I called Jen and told her what happened. She was so helpful and with the help of Nick, we found out my loan company had GAP insurance and I would have nothing to roll over into my new payment. I picked up my new van in less than 24 hours with a lower APR, lower payments, and a better model. I am extremely grateful to them. They allowed me to breathe for the first time since the accident. Patti and Noelle in the collision center were also extremely comforting while waiting for insurance company to inspect the damage. They also called me when the insurance company wanted to pick up my van before I had a chance to clean it out. More
