Awesome! I couldn't have had a better experience! Noelle in the service center and Chris my salesman took great care of us. I had both my car and my son's car I couldn't have had a better experience! Noelle in the service center and Chris my salesman took great care of us. I had both my car and my son's car serviced . I was provided with transportation back to work and both cars were finished before I got off work. I will definitely continue to use Palm Coast Ford for all my transportation needs! More

ok service the service received was fine and the people were courteous. perhaps they should've clarified the service it needed based on mileage. for some reason the service received was fine and the people were courteous. perhaps they should've clarified the service it needed based on mileage. for some reason it isn't in the system that the 3k mileage was alrady done and since the car has 15k maybe the 10k inspection points needed to be done...... Worst experience ever! Brought car in for oil change and to have drivers seat diagnostic done. Seat will not move forward. I specifically told them not to move seat back bec Brought car in for oil change and to have drivers seat diagnostic done. Seat will not move forward. I specifically told them not to move seat back because I would not be able to move it forward again to drive it. Of course that’s exactly what they did. I spent half the day on the phone trying to get an update on the status. Dropped car off at 8:30 am and they xxxxxx around trying to get my seat right for another hour. Never again!!!! More

Chris is the Best! Chris really made it happen. I found my dream vehicle and Chris did not give up until he made it happen. The service dept also took great care of me Chris really made it happen.
