My husband was out of town and sent me with the task of looking at 5 cars he had found on the internet. Krystal was helpful and eager to assit in finding each one to test drive, even one in th basement. We looked at all of them except one that was sold prior to my visit. Krystal has a calm, professional, non-pushy demeanor which I value in any sales person in any capacity. This showed me she respected her job and takes seriously the standards BMW holds with their clients. It was a pleasure to work with Krystal, and I feel a female salesperson made me that much more comfortable. My husband has been buying BMW's from this location for years and recommeneded this dealership tp his father who also comes to this location to buy his 5 series even though he lives near Doylestown BMW.
