It started with Noha in the internet department who responded quickly and extremely politely with all the info needed. All aspects of the deal were as discussed , purchase price, trade, lease turn-in. Upon arrival Chris was awesome in finalizing deal and getting my wife into her new vehicle. Explaining all the features and giving her as much or as little of an over view as she wanted. These guys hit it out of the park! Dont buy a bmw from anyone else but this team. They rock! We drove from north nj and it was way worth it. We will be back. Thank you for the great purchase experience. More

Friendly and efficient customer service and a good deal. These people were stellar to deal with, especially Eric Christensen. Straight talk and fair - that's what I expect and exactly what I received here. I These people were stellar to deal with, especially Eric Christensen. Follow-up consistently professional and I would say it was an entirely satisfying experience dealing here. Highly recommended. More

She answered all of my initial questions and followed up with emails that outlined all of the available services offered by the dealership. When we came in to look at the car Noha introduced us to Dave Santos who went over the car with us and negotiated the deal . Dave was great ! We got a great price on the car and a fair price for our trade-in. It was a pleasure to deal with a salesperson who was extremely knowledgable about the product they were selling . There have been many times when I have walked into a dealership and felt that I knew more about the car than the salesperson - that was NOT the case with Dave or Flemington BMW! A great car buying experience !! More

I want to mention specifically the two individuals who helped me to buy my 428i convertible: Tony (Junior) Geano and Noha. Because I had to order this car, it took a number of weeks. They guided me through the process from production, transporting from Germany, and final delivery. Tony called me multiple times to inform me the progress and timelines and to answer any questions. Always very courteous and helpful, I never felt any pressure from anyone that introduced themselves to me. Their showroom and facility is beautiful and inviting to the customer. It took me three weeks to make a decision and it and they were very patient with me. I would recommend Flemington BMW to anyone I know that is in the market for a luxury vehicle.
