Noha the Great! I have been a loyal BMW customer for 8+ years. Flemington was always my local dealer, but I have since moved out of state. The lease on my M2 is up in October ‘17 and I wasn’t finding what I wanted in terms of a replacement vehicle at my current local BMW. I called Noha from Flemington, told her my situation, she had a car that met every single one of my specifications lined up for me within an hour. Noha listens to her client’s needs, and puts the best possible deal on the table the first time around - no questions asked. She has the rare ability to guide the customer through the entire sales process in a friendly, courteous and totally stress-free manner while at the same time being the consummate professional--knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. She knows almost as much about the BMW you are going to buy as the manual itself, and she is very generous in sharing that information with you. She is a skilled negotiator who somehow manages to end up at a price with which you are comfortable and can agree. She adds many personal touches along the way and you feel that you are dealing with a friend and not someone who is trying to "make a sale". I have always loved cars and I love to drive--but buying a new car--not so much. In my 85 years of living I have been to many dealerships and often it's not a pleasant experience. Without hesitation I can say that Flemington BMW is by far the best dealership of any brand that I have done business with. It seems that all the employees that I met so far are cut from the same cloth.
