He made sure every question was answered and worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with our selections. Joe, the sales manager, was equally amazing — professional and honest. When it came time to finalize everything, our finance manager truly went above and beyond. He kept us updated every step of the way while working with lenders to secure the best possible deal. He carefully explained all our warranty options, helped us purchase two vehicles, and even recommended the dealership’s ceramic coating — personally ensuring both appointments were scheduled. The level of professionalism, communication, and genuine care from Nolan, Joe, and our finance manager made this one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had.
