Dishonest service—they will overcharge you into the thousands of dollars for service and parts that aren’t needed. Workmanship is very poor and staff is incompetent. For example, my interior headliner had to be removed to do service involving the sunroof, but the headliner wasn’t reattached properly and was covered with dirty fingerprints.
