THEY AIM TO PLEASE I have been an Earnhardt customer for many years. I purchased and get the vehicle serviced with them. It is amazing to see how normal practice is to b I have been an Earnhardt customer for many years. I purchased and get the vehicle serviced with them. It is amazing to see how normal practice is to be 100% for their customers. Their professional staff always has made themselves available for help and questions. They outdo and out perform any other Car dealers and Auto service I have experienced in the 50+ years I owned vehicles. Its a positive experience from the second you set foot on their premises. More

The service writer at Chapman did not believe I even had a problem. I asked for a loaner car at Chapman Hyundai and was told no . Earnhardt Hyundai offered me a loaner car. Love this dealership!, Fantastic service. Norm was wonderful and he made the service easy and stress free. I work nearby and they dropped me off at work and picked me up whe Fantastic service. I was contacted the next day to see how my experience was with the dealership....who does that now days? This is the second time I’ve dealt with this dealership and I would highly recommend them. Radio and back-up system problem. I love this dealership. but I am unhappy that they haven't contacted me again with my car problem. My radio and back up system goes out constantly wh I love this dealership. but I am unhappy that they haven't contacted me again with my car problem. My radio and back up system goes out constantly when I start the car and put in reverse. I have been able to get the system to work by pushing the blue link button on and than immediately off. This is not a good way to keep the system working. I would like this to be resolved. I love this car and want to keep it. Sincerely, Bea Whisenand More

Jason accommodated a last minute scheduling conflict to get our Sonata in for an oil change. In addition, he identified and corrected a recall campaign concern.
