I originally went to Morong to test drive another vehicle and after Norma asked me some questions about what I was looking for, she recommended I look at the VW. And she was right - it fit my needs and budget, was comfy, quick and practical. Norma worked with me to land on a price I was comfortable with - there was no pressure and she was responsive to follow up questions via email. The whole transaction went so smoothly - within 3 days I was driving off the lot with my new car. Thanks Norma for your diligence, expertise and great personality! Overall Good Experience Found car on Car Gurus and sent email to Morong through Car Guru's web site to in quire about the car. The accident box was checked on the Car Guru's Found car on Car Gurus and sent email to Morong through Car Guru's web site to in quire about the car. The accident box was checked on the Car Guru's and i was looking for more details . Alex followed up the same day with an email indicating there was no accident on the Car Fax which she sent to me. I responded to her to better understand the disconnect but did not hear back. I called Morong and was put into Alex's voicemail. No response for over day and called back only to find out she was gone for a few days. Was not told this when I called the first time. Regardless, spoke with Norma and she was very helpful and carried the ball from there. Norma was easy to work with and I really never felt pressured. Given it was 2 hour drive from my home and the car was exactly what I was looking for, I decided to take it home. The car was in immaculate condition as it was pre-owned and they made sure the tank was filled before I left. Jordan in Finance was very nice as well though I felt she was disappointed that I did not bite on the up sell for additional coverage. A bit awkward for a moment until we moved on. All in all not a bad overall experience More

That said, they did their best to make me comfortable Overall a great experience. Buying a car always takes a long time and Morong was no exception. That said, they did their best to make me comfortable and welcome during that time. My only slight complaint was that, when I walked in, there was no one to be found; no one greeted me and no one was visible. It was a slow time of day and a slow day of the week BUT I'd made an appointment ahead of time, so it wasn't unexpected that I'd be there. I had to wonder into the adjacent Audi space (I was there for VW) and find someone myself--which was awkward--and when I did, I was essentially dismissed by the first person I found. It was several minutes before I saw anyone on the VW side. But from then-on, it was a stellar experience. My sales rep was great and friendly and helpful (in fact, everyone I did actually interact with was!); the test drive was fun; and even the financing/paperwork piece was painless. Overall, I would highly recommend these guys and am psyched to continue to work together for the duration of my lease (and hopefully beyond). More
