It was a good car at a fair price, but my back was bad and would not accept the driver's seat. After three months, Norma agreed to take the car as a trade-in, again at a fair price; and she helped me find an Audi, imported from another dealership, with a seat that was better for my back. Throughout, she was sympathetic to my plight and assured me that her primary concern was to get me into the car that was best for me. Other employees were similarly helpful. After this experience, I highly recommend Morong-Falmouth to anyone looking to buy a car. More

I made an appointment to come in to see the vehicle in person and was greeted right away and escorted to Norma who was my salesperson. Norma was very relaxed and friendly, she listened to what I wanted and we made a deal on the vehicle I wanted. She went above and beyond helping me move my stuff over from my trade in to the new vehicle. She also took the time to set my phone up with the cars bluetooth and go over some of the features of the vehicle. Quick, easy and efficient transaction, will purchase from Morong in the future. Volkswagen has done an excellent job with this car.... style, responsiveness and interior finish are all superior. And the “transferable 72 month/72,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty should help keep the trade in value of the small suv higher than others. Norma and Anne were extremely helpful, responsive and transparent. They gave me their best trade in value for my Volvo right up front compared to another dealer who lowballed the first offer and kept calling back with small increased offers.
